My name is Nancee Daniels.
I’m married to a wonderful man and have two beautiful daughters.


For nearly eight years, I worked in healthcare as a Health Care Aide, but I’ve always had a passion for beauty and self-care—especially nails. In 2016, I made the life-changing decision to pursue that passion by enrolling at the International Academy of Esthetics. While I initially enrolled to study nail care, I discovered a deep love for waxing.


After graduating, I worked as a Wax Technician for over three years, refining my craft and building lasting client relationships. In 2020, with the heartfelt support of family and friends, I launched Wax Land Inc.—a space dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable, and professional waxing services in the heart of Edmonton.

My name is Maria. 

 I've been a Wax Tech since September 2023.

I'm married to my loving husband, and we have two cats that we adore. On my free time I love to sing, play video games, and go on hikes!


Since I was a child, I've always loved the world of esthetics! With my mother being a nail technician and my aunt as a hairdresser I've always been involved in the world of self-care and servicing clients! Watching my aunt and mother run their own small businesses I learned a lot about how to speak to clients and how to ensure each client has a great experience!


In January 2023 I decided to go to MC College to pursue Esthetics. During my time in school, I fell in love with waxing! Nothing makes me happier than helping a client feel smooth and confident! After graduating college, I spent time waxing from my home so I could improve my waxing and personal skills! 


Fast forward to today and I couldn't be happier being a part of the Wax Land Inc. team! I'm so excited to meet new clients and catch up with my existing clients! If you want to feel silky and smooth, come to Wax Land and say hi!
